When will my order be shipped? Over 90% of our items are in stock at all times. Depending on the time of day that you place your order, we may be able to ship your item(s) the SAME DAY. Most of our items are shipped within 2 business days. This includes the majority of our products that include customized laser engraving. Rush shipping is available...please see your shopping cart for pricing and availability. You'll also want to check the delivery sechedule from the UPS delivery map to determine when you can expect your order to arrive.
Do you assemble display cases to my specs? NO. However, we do allow customers to choose the branch of service emblems to include and we also offer custom laser engraving on selected cases.
What is your return policy? All American Gifts will provide a full refund to the customer who, for any reason, returns merchandise within thirty (30) days of the date of delivery of the item(s). Requests for exchange of items will be honored for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of delivery of the item to the customer. A UPS Call Tag will be issued for all returns for refund and/or exchange. United States Postal Service delivered items may be returned and postage will be reimbursed
Do you have a catalog? Not at this time. Our web site lists all available items. If you need a hard copy, visit the web page(s) of interest and print to your printer.
Can I get blueprints for do-it-yourself? Not from us.
I've lost my medals and awards, what should I do?
You should be able to get your medals replaced free of charge at http://www.archives.gov/st-louis/military-personnel/public/awards-and-decorations.html
